“Dancing with Pride”
With a variety of events to choose from in Dublin city this weekend yet another action packed couple of days lie ahead. Here, we share details of our top three events this weekend….
Riverdance
Riverdance returns home to Dublin this June and is playing at the Gaiety Theatre from the 21st of June until the 3rd of September 2017.
The worldwide phenomenon which is Riverdance began its journey over 20 years ago and since then has wowed audiences worldwide with its fusion of Irish and International music and dance.
The show plays each evening at 7.30pm at the Gaiety Theatre, located right beside St. Stephens
Green.
This gives time to enjoy a bite to eat beforehand at ely wine bar on ely place. Our pre theatre menu
is available all night Monday to Wednesday and from 5pm to 7pm Thursday to Saturday. The pre
theatre menu is priced at €25 for two courses and €30 for three.

Dublin Pride Parade
As part of the Dublin Pride Festival 2017, the Dublin pride Parade with take place this Saturday the 24th of June at 2pm. Participants will gather from 11am to enjoy the festival atmosphere. The starting point for the parade is St. Stephens Green, which then makes its way through the city to Smithfield Square. Here the parade finishes with The Pride Party and entertainment, music and speeches.
Ricky Gervais Humanity World Tour
Also on Saturday, Ricky Gervais takes his Humanity world tour to the 3Arena. The much anticipated tour marks his fifth live show and his first stand-up show in seven years. The glowing reviews of the show claim this to be is best show yet with a caution that it is not for the feint hearted 😊
The Show takes place at the 3Arena on Saturday the 24th of June with doors at 7.30pm. The 3Arena is just minutes by Luas from ely bar and brasserie so do visit us for a pre gig bite to eat or cocktail. We serve dinner from 5pm in both our bar area and the brasserie.
In the meantime, hoping this beautiful weather continues; however rain or shine our outdoor terrace is open from 12 noon every Saturday and Sunday for Brunch and drinks.
