At ely we care about food. That’s why we source meat from our own family farm. All our food is locally produced, sourced and is seasonal. That’s important to us.
We say that food is uncomplicated – slow food prepared by people who take pride in what they do. Others say our food is original and the best food in Dublin. Naturally we tend to agree.
We like what we do so much we wrote a cookbook that won three prizes at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards – ‘the wine and food of ely through the seasons’.
