How the ely family has grown
The ely wine bar history started in 1999 with Erik and Michelle Robson wishing to establish the best Dublin wine bar serving the best wholesome slow food.
The ely wine bar list has 400 artisan produced wines. The food is locally produced or sourced. Much of the meat is from the family farm in Clare - probably the best meat in Ireland. The ely pubs have the best craic (and beer, of course!).
