Down on the ely farm
When we say at ely that we use the finest of ingredients to produce our slow food, described as ‘the best food in Dublin’, we know how good that food is. That’s because we rear our own organic beef and organic lamb on our organic farm in Clare. We use only locally produced seasonal ingredients wherever possible, and when they have to be bought abroad we know the buyers personally. Everything is traceable at ely. If we don’t know where it’s from you don’t get it. We only buy the finest we can find.
