At ely, we are constantly searching to expand our network of wine makers and suppliers to be able to bring you the best of wines from around the world. With this in mind our award-winning wine sommelier Ian Brosnan searches high and low to source wine options to suit all tastes and budgets. 

We are therefore delighted to announce our next installment of wine tasting evenings for April and May 2016.  These tastings will mix some new finds with the more classic choices from both the New and Old World’s.

Each evening can only be described as a wine experience. Covering all aspects of wine tasting and how to assess the quality of wine. We also educate about food and wine matching with a dish accompanying the wine on the night.
