At ely bar & brasserie all of our beef, pork and lamb are all sourced through our organic family farm in the Burren, Co. Clare.

At times when organic beef cannot be supplied, our farm sources the very best of Angus Irish Beef, aged to perfection and selected exclusively for ely.

You will notice that alongside some of our dishes there are the symbols (c) and (v). The (c) symbol means that the dish can be adapted for coeliacs, but please make sure to request this from your server and (v) means the dish is suitable for Vegetarians.
