Voucher redeemable in all 3 ely venues. Cash will not be given in lieu of voucher.

Voucher reference number must be quoted when making reservation or if no reservation is made the voucher must be presented on arrival to ely to ensure the voucher has a valid reference number.

Vouchers are non refundable. No cash will be given as change for a voucher, any unused amounts on vouchers will be given in the form of a new voucher.

Voucher is only valid if it has an ely reference number. As each reference number is unique and can be redeemed only once, be careful not to disclose your reference number to other parties.
