For those looking for something more, we offer wine tasting evenings, cocktail classes and cookery demonstrations.
Wine Tastings
Available in ely wine bar, ely bar & brasserie and ely gastro pub
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned taster, our wine experts host fun and informal wine tastings that are great entertainment for your staff and clients. We offer a range of evenings which include the following:

Cocktail Class – party with a difference!
From Cosmopolitans to Mojitos, our in-house mixologist will help you master the art of mixing, shaking and stirring !
The demonstration, in our award-winning restaurants, will teach you the main principles of cocktail making and share those invaluable tricks of the trade. We start the evening with a champagne cocktail, tantalise your taste buds with a signature ely favourite and complete the experience with the perfect digestif.
Combine dinner with the masterclass for the perfect night out. Be it a night with the gang, celebrating a birthday, corporate entertainment or a spot of team bonding, this package appeals to all. Our cocktail classes are available at ely gastro pub and ely bar & brasserie.

Cookery Demonstration Classes

Improve your culinary skills @ ely. Our cookery school teaches essential kitchen techniques and recipes used daily in our 3 restaurants, to bring the ely experience home. After the demonstration, we’ll serve the prepared dishes while our in-house wine expert presents the ideal white and red wines to serve with your food, explaining the principles of food and wine matching.
