Table Reservation Terms and Conditions – ely bar 7 brasserie, IFSC, Dublin 1

  • Provisional bookings can only be held for one week.
  • Organizers please note, cancellation or a drop in numbers of bookings greater than 10% of original reservation must be made at least 10 working days prior to the date of the reservation. Bookings cancelled or a significant drop (greater than 10% of original reservation) in numbers within 10 working days of the reservation shall incur a charge of €10 per person.
  • Final numbers must be confirmed 3 working days prior to the reservation time & date.
  • In the event of a No Show, Late Cancellation (2 working days) or any reduction in numbers on the day will result in a €15pp for lunch/brunch or €30 pp for dinner. We ask that parties of 20 or more people choose from the set menus and pre-order wines.
  • Specific tables requested cannot be guaranteed.
  • Areas reserved for drinks and canape parties are not guaranteed individual seating per person.
  • All accounts must be settled on the day, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • A 12.5% service charge will be added to parties of 6 people or more on the final bill. Service charge is shared entirely among the staff (after 13.5% Tax).
  • A mobile contact number and an email address must be provided when securing the reservation so we may use it to contact the group organizer.
  • Reservations will only be held for 30 minutes after reservation time. We ask all customers to arrive on time so that we may provide you with the best level of service. If customers are late they may find that it affects service.
  • Please let us know if there are any dietary requirements at the time of confirmation. We will endeavor to meet them.
  • Please let us know at the time of your booking whether you would like to pre-book a drinking area for before and after your meal.
