We offer nationwide delivery for just €15

• This charge covers any number of wines up to and including 12
• Orders usually take 2-3 days to arrive
• Deliveries take place between Tuesday – Friday
• Leave your phone number & receive a call on the day of delivery

Local Delivery €7.50

• Up to 45km from Maynooth
• Deliveries made on Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• Next day delivery available on orders made before 5pm day prior (Wednesday – Friday) where stock is available.

Please read this Agreement carefully as it governs your use of the ELY Wine Bars Online retail website – www.elywinebar.ie.
By continuing to use our site you are agreeing to the terms set out below and are confirming that you are above the Irish legal age to purchase which currently stands at 18 years of age. Persons under the legal age to purchase alcohol in Ireland are not permitted purchase, receive or subscribe to any goods or services from this site.

At ELY protecting the personal data of anyone who uses our website is a top priority. Any information that you provide about yourself will only be used by us in accordance with GDPR regulations. 

Purchases

The prices for goods displayed for sale on the site are as displayed on the site and are inclusive of VAT and Duty at rates valid as of time of purchase. Any additional charges, such as delivery, are clearly displayed.
On completing and submitting the electronic order you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

By making that offer to purchase goods, you are also ELY Wine Bars to deduct the amount from the card or payment method provided.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive an email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Where we are unable to fulfill part or all of your order we will contact you and arrange to refund that amount to you or arrange alternative products.

Cancellation of Orders, Returns & Refunds

You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply contact us by phone on 01 5043709. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number.

We always try to ensure that our products arrive with you exactly as they left our premises. However, accidents can happen and if a product becomes broken or damaged in transit, once notified immediately, we will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery costs incurred.

You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During this time you may cancel your order for any reason. While we are happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulted or damaged you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. On their return you will reimbursed within 30 days.
