This cosmopolitan, clever place does everything right. The owners get the organic produce from their family farm in County Clare, so everything is absurdly fresh. The food is simple but expertly prepared versions of Irish favorites, the service attentive and helpful. Think gourmet “bangers and mash” (wild boar sausages and mashed spuds), fresh Clare oysters, rich Irish stew, and a vast selection of artisan cheeses.
