Mullineux Wine Dinner
Mullineux was first established in 2007. However, in the relatively short space of time since then, they have become genuine icons on the South African wine scene. Not only do they produce high quality wines, but the way in which they produce them makes them unique. Minimum intervention in the winery (no yeasts, acids, enzymes or filtering used) is made possible by the maximum attention to detail and care taken in the vineyard.
This is where the hard work is done. The resulting wines are among the finest expressions of Chenin Blanc and Syrah that can be found, not just in South Africa, but anywhere. Their aim is to bottle wines that are a true expression the Swartland.
We are delighted to welcome Nicola Tipping of Mullineux Wines to host this very special wine dinner in ELY WINE BAR. The wines will be matched to a 3-course menu of the finest Irish produce form our executive chef, Ryan Stringer.
