Rewards Terms and Conditions

  1. The ELY Rewards Card is issued by, and remains the property of ELY Hospitality Group, who reserve the right to decline, issue or withdraw the loyalty card at any time.
  2. All card holders must be over 18 years of age and be resident in the Republic of Ireland.
  3. The loyalty card is not transferable.
  4. The ELY Rewards Card can be used when making purchases in any ELY venue.
  5. The ELY Rewards Card cannot be used as a credit or guarantee card.
  6. To collect loyalty points, your card must be presented when paying your bill.
  7. Points have no cash value.
  8. Nominal value of points: 100 points = €1
  9. ELY Hospitality Group reserves the right to alter the value of the points at any time.
  10. The promoter of the ELY Rewards Card scheme is:  ELY Hospitality Group, 22 ELY Place, Dublin 2.
  11. Max of €100 worth of points to be collected per transaction.

General Competition Terms and Conditions:

  1. Entry is open to anyone except employees (and their immediate families) of the sponsoring company/companies and/or agents involved in the competition.
  2. To qualify for the competition, participants follow the specific competition instructions.
  3. Unless expressly stated otherwise only one entry per person is allowed.
  4. No cash alternative is available to any prize.
  5. The winner will be chosen at random on a specific date as stipulated in the rules of the specific completion.
  6. Entrants must also be over 18 years of age. Entrants expressly declare that they are duly authorized to participate in the competition.
  7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The promoter/s reserves the right to cancel any competition without notice at any time due to certain circumstances.
  9. The promoter/s may re-allot prizes if they are unable to contact selected winners. Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details.
  10. Prizes not claimed within 3 months or before the event date (whichever comes first) will be forfeited.
  11. All prizes are subject to availability of the sponsoring company/companies.
  12. In instances where a competition or lucky draw is held on social media, the ELY Hospitality Group acknowledges that the competition/contest is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by the social media platform nor will the social media platform be associated with the competition.
  13. Any deviation from the rules and/or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the prize will result in disqualification.
  14. Winners may be required to be photographed for publicity purposes.
  15. Prizes are non-transferable in whole or in part, must be taken as stated and may not be sold to a third party. You must confirm acceptance of the prize as stated, failing which you will no longer be eligible for a prize, and that prize will be re-allotted.
  16. Where prizes involve travelling to Ireland, winners must be in possession of a valid passport, required visas and the relevant health certificates.
  17. No responsibility will be accepted for undelivered, lost or delayed entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Errors in entries may, in the judge’s discretion, void entries.
  18. If any prize offered is unavailable, we reserve the right to select alternative prizes of equivalent value.
  19. By entering into this competition, it is deemed that you have read and understood these rules.
