Gabriel is sharing his delicious Whiskey Sour Recipe – the perfect way to round off the Easter Feast. . . Or start it!

What you need

40ml of Teeling Small Batch Whiskey (Or similar)
25ml of lemon juice
15 ml of sugar syrup
20 ml of egg white
3 dashes of angostura and orange bitters
You can also add 30 ml of a tropical juice, pineapple works perfectly with this recipe
Ice

What to do

Shake everything well with ice
Serve in a rocks glass or short glass over ice
