From April 16th ely bar and brasserie will be opening its doors from 12pm every Saturday and Sunday for those who love to Brunch. Whether planning a get together or for a spur of the moment brunch, ely bar and brasserie is the place to be this summer!
Our kitchen and cocktail staff have been working on exciting new menus that ooze with fresh flavours and vibrant colours. Think Portuguese eggs (back by popular demand), fresh Irish mackerel kedgeree, Toonsbridge burrata and duck salad, classic wings, eggs and Burren organic bacon. Cure yourself with a ‘hot as you like’ Bloody Mary, take time with a beer or think about tea. Make the most of the moment this and every weekend at ely bar & brasserie.
At ely we make almost everything in house including our delicious desserts and cakes. We source our meats through our own organic farm in the Burren, Co.Clare and our conventional beef comes from Trim, Co.Meath. We source our fresh fruit and veg from North Co.Dublin We bake our brown bread every morning and the speciality breads from the Bretzel Bakery. The seasons are key.
